- 1 package of frozen green beans
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- olive oil, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar
- Partially cook the beans. I steam them in the microwave for 5 minutes.
- Put them in a frying pan with the pecans and drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Cook on medium for 5-7 minutes stirring several times.
- Drizzle a little balsamic vinegar and stir once more. Done!
A microwave veggie steamer really comes in handy!
