- Cut broccoli into bite sized pieces.
- Dice the bell pepper and onions.
- Crush up the ramen noodles. You can do this with your hands while they're still in the sealed bag.
- Put broccoli, bell pepper, green onions, and ramen noodles into a large mixing bowl. Don't use the ramen noodle seasoning. Stir.
- In a small bowl combine the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar. Mix well. Pour over the salad. Stir to combine and refrigerate for at least an hour. Stir again before serving.
